I often get asked about my diet and what I eat. So I wanted to share with you my favorite breakfast that is so yummy packed full of protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and carbohydrates, basically everything I need to fuel myself for a powerful workout and a productive day! AND it's super HEALTHY for you.

My take on blueberry pancakes!
2 pastured eggs, 1 banana, 1 cup of blueberries, pinch of salt and cinnamon.
Smash the banana in a bowl with a fork first
Add the eggs, salt and cinnamon beat together
Add the blueberries
Heat a non stick pan (I use non toxic green pans) with a dab of grass fed butter
Pour out 3 pancakes into the pan, cook until firm, then flip over.
Enjoy this delicious, simple nourishing breakfast.
