During the summer, I took a private Stand-up Paddle-board Yoga class with Tiggy, and it was one of the best decisions I've made all summer! I was nervous to try it at first, since I'm not the most advanced yogi by any means, so doing yoga on a PADDLE BOARD was a bit outside my comfort zone. But after just a few minutes getting used to balancing on the board, with Tiggy's guidance, I immediately felt safe and at ease! I loved how calming Tiggy's voice is, as she guides you from pose to pose. It was quite the invigorating experience doing traditional poses like downward dog on a paddle-board -- the view was absolutely breathtaking! By the end of class, I somehow worked my way into wheel thanks to Tiggy's reassurance and encouragement! The best part of class was Shavasana... taking those 5 minutes listening to the sound of the ocean, waves and breeze was the icing on the cake. Thank you Tiggy for encouraging me to try the class...and guiding me every step of the way. If you're contemplating taking a class with Tiggy... do it now. You won't regret it.
